Challenges

Recruitment agencies often face challenges with cold outreach efficiency, with industry benchmarks indicating it takes over 5,000 emails to secure a single booking. LeadCat set out to test whether personalized landing pages could dramatically improve conversion rates.

Solution

The email strategy was straightforward: run an A/B test to compare the effectiveness of emails with and without a GenPage link.

For Campaign A (Feb 28, targeting people in Florida), the email structure was:

  • First line – Personalized opening
  • Second line – Case study/social proof
  • Third line – Call to action

For Campaign B (Feb 25, targeting people in Florida), the structure included an additional GenPage link:

  • First line – Personalized opening
  • Second line – Case study/social proof
  • Third line – GenPage link
  • Fourth line – Call to action
